South Shore and nearly all of inland northwest Wisconsin,
excluding Burnett County.

* WHERE...Price, Ashland, Bayfield, Douglas, Iron, Sawyer, and
Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Bad River
Reservation, the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band,
the Red Cliff Band and the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation.

* WHEN...From late Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
